Once you have decided to sell your property give us a call at (0034) 952 511 103 (we have a multi-lingual
staff able to converse in Spanish, English, French, German, Dutch, Japanese and Italian) or email a short description to
info@abaxproperties.com. Together we will arrange a date and time, usually the
same day or next, to visit the property and take details and photographs.
You may already know the price you wish your property to be marketed at, otherwise our representative will discuss and
agree this and our commission rate with you. If your property is unusual the representative may need to discuss the
sales price back at the office and then advise accordingly.
Your property will immediately be placed on our database and website and, if you choose, those of our network partners
described under ´NETWORKING´ below. We will match your property to the requirements of our client database and our network
partners will do the same, and we will also market the property as below.
If you require, we can provide a fortnightly report on your property including feedback from clients who have viewed,
client enquiries from the internet and other sources, and any price or legal issues that may arise.

AbAx Properties are members of the Infocasa marketing network with 550 offices throughout Andalucia, Spain, the
UK and Europe. Once we have taken details and photographs of your property it is entered onto our database and our website.
If you choose, it can be automatically entered on the websites of the other network agents thus giving a huge exposure to
your Spanish property and reaching a very large worldwide audience of property seekers.
In addition we have created our own network system with more than 220 participating agencies throughout the Axarquia on the
Costa del Sol. As with the above network, if other members have a client, looking for a type of Spanish property
that matches yours, they can access your property details and call us to make an appointment for a viewing.
- We also belong to Costa Networking Andalucia, who provide business to business
networking forums for a multi-national group of business people in southern Spain. Structured around monthly forums held in
Nerja, Marbella, Benalmadena, Almunecar, Torremolinos, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the UK, useful contacts and client referrals are made.
ADVERTISING
- We pay to advertise all properties listed with us on a dozen major Spanish property websites. Along with our own

Since our two main offices are situated on the main coast road between Malaga and Nerja, we are actually very easy to locate.
- Of course we also display properties in the windows of our own and affiliated offices, and provide a colourful
presentation of information and photographs about the Axarquia and its towns and villages. Our two main offices are
in the busy coastal town of Caleta de Velez with a marina, sandy beaches and a fishing harbour opposite the main shops. There
are adjacent restaurants and bars and a golf course 500 metres down the road. On Saturday mornings the shops are
surrounded by market stalls bringing an influx of people from the surrounding towns and villages as well as additional
tourists and property seekers.

which helps property seekers and other agencies to discover the area before they visit. This site attracts more than 30,000
visitors per day many of whom contact us with property enquiries.
